At First Crack Roastery, every bean is roasted with passion and precision. Guided by our Master Roaster and certified experts, we use state-of-the-art Probat machines to bring out the unique flavors and aromas of specialty-grade beans. From Indonesia’s highlands to renowned coffee origins worldwide, each batch is crafted to highlight its character while ensuring consistency and quality. Whether for our coffee shops, wholesale partners, or home brewers, the roastery is where science meets artistry — creating coffee that is fresh, flavorful, and truly unforgettable.

At First Crack Roastery, precision meets tradition through our world-class roasting machines. We are equipped with Probatone 25 and Probatone 5 — German-engineered roasters that are trusted by professionals around the globe. These machines allow us to roast with consistency, accuracy, and full control over every detail of the process.

From small sample batches to large-scale production, our Probat roasters help us unlock the unique flavors and aromas of each origin while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Combined with the expertise of our Master Roaster, this technology ensures that every bean tells its story in the cup.


At First Crack, we believe that exceptional coffee begins long before it reaches the roaster. Every sack of green beans that arrives at our roastery goes through a meticulous hand-sorting process by our trained team.
