Who We Are
First Crack is an art where coffee finds its identity. It brings out the richness of the taste and aroma that becomes a character. it is a dedication of knowledge when roasting time.
When coffee begins to approach perfect viability, it will be marked by the first small pop or First crack.
First crack from this point, coffee will find the identity. it will evolve second by second.
We proudly do our own roasting. Done and supervised by our Master Roaster, from sampler stage to the end, and we use only specialty grade of green beans. Our roastery is proficient at doing large scale capacity high-quality grade coffee beans
First Crack Academy, is an education class about coffee with international standards, which we package according to and follow the modules from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) – is the largest coffee association and spread throughout the world. All trainers at First Crack Academy are certified to SCA standards, which are called Authorized SCA Trainers (AST)
The Coffee Diploma System uses curriculum created by the Specialty Coffee Association to improve coffee standarts. It consists of 6 modules with three levels each; Foundation, Intermediate, and Professional.
