At First Crack Academy, we use official modules from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) — the world’s largest and most respected coffee association. This ensures that every program we offer meets international standards and is globally recognized.

All of our trainers are Authorized SCA Trainers (AST), certified to provide world-class education and deliver international certifications to our students. We offer five types of classes tailored to different learning needs: Coffee Skills Program (CSP), Principles Class, Online Class, Direct Class, and One-to-One Class.
